Farm shop Solskin - Naturally produced greens and other things just outside Kolding

The owner Loke was educated as farmer back in 1983 and in 2003 he opened op this farm called Solskin. In the beginning they started selling cherries to private customers, later the customers started asking for potatoes and vegetables, so they included that to their stock.

They primarily sell to private customers, however every saturday doing the summer period you can find them in Kolding at “Koldings green streets”. Ecology is a high priority at Solskins Farm and as the owner says, “you don't need fertilizer, because the earth doesn't need nutrients, what the earth is missing is life.”
