Outdoor activities in Billund Municipality

Get out in the open and get close to nature. Billund Municipality offers nature and outdoor experiences for everyone. Here you'll find trails for mountain biking, cycling, heart and clover trails, short, signposted hiking trails, and parts of longer signposted hiking trails such as the Coast-to-Coast Trail, the Bindeballe Trail and the Hærvejen.

You'll find a disc golf course, horse riding trails, dog forests, fishing lakes and possibilities for canoeing on Omme Å and parts of Grindsted Å and Alslev Å. If the children need to burn off some energy, there are plenty of opportunities at the many large and newer playgrounds. If you need a rest, use one of the municipality's many shelter sites, picnic and campfire huts, or find a bench and sit down.
